THE MISSION
W.A.T.C.H. Members support FishaCat Live by helping viewers understand official information, keeping discussions productive, and connecting people with trusted sources.
W.A.T.C.H. Members are community representatives, not emergency responders, and do not replace official warnings or public safety agencies.
